Terms and Conditions
- Arrival time is normally between 4 and 7 pm unless by prior arrangement. Please telephone to let us know when you expect to arrive.
- On the day of departure your room should be vacated by 11 am.
- Prices are per room per night and include breakfast. In order to maintain flexibility in our booking arrangements, rooms are normally allocated on arrival.
- A deposit equal to the first night's stay is payable to confirm a booking, unless by agreement when the reservation is made at short notice. This is refundable provided at least 7 days notice of cancellation is given.
- There is no cancellation fee provided we are informed of the cancellation at least 7 days before the day of your arrival. After this time, or if the room was booked less than 7 days before the arrival date, the full room charge is payable.
- Payment can be made by cash or cheque. We regret credit/debit cards are not accepted.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, but visitors may smoke in the garden.
- Visitors are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
- We do not accept pets.
- Children are welcome but it is our policy only to accept families when both rooms are booked together.
